I have the XP system, I dont use the cd per instructions and the camera is in the off position. The dell just wont let me view them. got my HP back from getting repaired, after i take the cam back out of the woods i will just use it with the HP computer. Thanks.
ps: if anyone can tell me how to correct this i would appreciate it very much.
