Default RE: Turkeys and Hog Wire

move closer to the fence and setup. turkey's are hard to get over a fence or creek.if there is a hole in the fence they will come through it,if no hole they will ("ALMOST&quot not cross it.
try to get around the fence,if it is on your property,if not you may have to just wait him out.if the fence is the property line get about 40 or 50 yards from it and set up a couple decoys,(with breeding jake) so he can see them from the fence and he (MAY) come over.a decoy that moves will add realisim to the setup.

my best advice would be move on to another bird till later in the season till the hens are setting.than he will be alone and easer to get over the fence.
Good luck, you have work on your hands.

I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest

remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.
