Default Any Good Chili Recipes

I was just wondering if you guys have any chili recipes you would like to share. We are having a chili cook off here at work and am up for trying new things. I already have a recipe but am just curious if you guys have one that needs to be tried.
Here's mine.

2 lbs deer burger
1 large red onion chopped
2 bundles green onions chopped
1 yellow pepper chopped or diced
1 green pepper chopped or diced
1 red pepper chopped or diced
1/2 cup of jalepenos (cut) or fromjar
1 can of hot Rotel
16 oz can ofstew tomatoes
2 small cans of cut mushrooms
2 8 oz cans of tomatoe sauce
16 oz of water
2 large cans of hot chili beans

Ground up deer with the onions and peppers. Mix all other ingredients and heat in large pot while the burger is cooking. Season meat with garlic, onion and season salt or powder..don't over salt. Use Black and Cayenne pepper to taste( I like it hot). Mix ingredients together and let cover and set over night. You can eat it right away but it tastes so much better if you let it sit overnight and heat it up the next day.I enjoy my chili a littlesoupier so if you like it heartier don't add any water.Enjoy! This recipe got me and my old roommates through college!!!
