Default RE: What is a good arrow to use ?

Bowfishing arrows are usuallymade of solid fiberglass. Right now I'm using the Muzzy Carbon Mag arrow. It's an awesome arrow, but pricey. I paid 24.00 for mine.

Bowfishing arrows are heavy arrows so that they enough energy to penetrate the water (and the fish)without planing.

Points are specially made to hold the fish. (muzzy points are my personal favorites, but there are a bunch of good ones out there)

Check out these sites for bowfishing arrows. http://www.shopatron.com/index/pg=1/182.0.1934.0.0.0.0

There are plenty of other places out there to find bowfishing stuff. (including your local archery shop) These listed are just the ones that I've personally dealt with.
