I have thought about how nice it would be to be able to do this...Bankhead Forest here in 'Bama has a WMA that you are allowed to horseback ride in , but no motorized vehicles or bikes...it would be a good way to get far back into the woods easier (there are trails)

I would be sure to make sure it is legal, and get some hunter orange stuff for the horse, like they have in Cabelas! I sure would not think about doing it during gun season
