Certainly do not know if it is the best - but I use a portable folding shooters bench that I got from Sportsmans Wharehouse, the Rock, and a rear bag. I really like it. But if you are looking for something to help recoil and might be more stable - working on cayugads principle there is a gadget called the "lead sled" by Caldwell
