sorry there is no known cure[:@], it is amazing the guns i have handled that people spend 500-1000$ on and then a 400 up scope and are pulling a 5-9# trigger, my worst 2 recent, an encore frame i sent to mike bellm, and my newest rem 700, the encore frame had to be close to 9 #, and the 700 trigger had to be 6-7#, and felt like running over a brick with a lawn-mower[:@], i know it is a liability issue, but man some triggers are really unbelievable...i alway put hunting rifles around 3#, 3.5 if i will be shooting with gloves on, nothing like running a gloved finger into a tight trigger gaurd[:@], like with a muzzle loader where your sure of no second shot, not that it has everhappened to me
