Once you turn 65 you no longer need a license, you can send to F&W , actually I just called down and left a message, and they will send you a license exemption you carry with you. A couple buddies told me about it and showed me their's, lwhen I received it I also got all the deer permits, including the extra buck tag...... I wish that were the case in PA as well ..
