Default RE: Duck boats???????

db612,

Don't know if they sell the Weldbuilt boats in your area, if not, maybe another made similar to it. I have a Weldbuilt tunnel hull, it's 16 feet by 5 feet (inside bottom). It is aluminum and totally welded, NO rivets. Because of the tunnel, it requires a special set up. I have to run a short shaft motor (15 inch), with a 4 bladed prop, and a jack plate, plus a water pressure gauge on the dash. These extras' add about a $1000.00 to the overall price of the boat. They come in longer lengths and different widths.

What I like about the boat, is because of the tunnel hull I can run this boat in 6 inches of water when at full throttle (which I don't necessarily like to do), it will go over logs, etc. I don't have a clue how it would do where there is ice!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just something for you to consider.
