For 5 spot or Vegas target I would go with an xcutter the larger diameter will get you a few lines if you are slightly off and being indoors you dont have wind driftto worry about.

For 3d I prefer a small diameter arrow ie the Gold Tip ultra lite pro the smaller diameter wont have the wind drift the larger diameter arrow will have
