On the 2006 Constitution the cams should be set with the bottom edge of the
tooling holes even with the edge of the limbs. This is just a quick
reference point and the let off will need to be checked to see if any
adjustments need to be made.
If you've backed the limbs out 2 1/2 turns you may need to move the stop
towards the short end to reduce the valley a little which will give you less
let off.
Both cams don't need to bet set exactly the same and in many cases they
aren't. They'll tune fine this way.
