Anyone have the info that is supposed to be available at the dealer for tuning timing gaps on the06 binary cams? According to their site and the 06 manual that is on it, they say the following.
For optimum performance and correct timing, your BowTech is factory preset with the correct distance between the module screw and the limb. Contact your dealer for specific timing gaps for each bow model.
Does anyone have these specs for each model, and can they post them here for all to see? Unfortunately, the dealer I bought my bow from is 90 miles away, I prefer to tune my own bows.
Also, I thought I heard on here rumors that the bows were supposed to have a second draw stop peg to prevent 100% letoff situations from occuring.........my constitution only has one?
Hopefully people can use this thread as the "official tune your 06 binary cam bow" thread........
Does anyone have a solid process for tuning these? I know on the 05' Allegiances, people said to take the string lobe, make it 1/16" above the limb, and then put 2 turns into the cable to get it to 80% letoff. Anyone have similar info for the 06' models yet?
