NYB11, the second deer with a bow using your muzzleloader tag has to be a Doe, I found it on the DEC website. The way I read it you can use the tag during bow but you can still only take 1 Buck during a special season the other one must be during regular season. There is a pretty good section on the DEC's site under FAQ on the 2/3 tag system.
