I have personally seen the WDNR do this, Worked fine, had a floatable sled with generator and to long prods that they move around in water, fish float up they net em, Tag then set em on there way, And yes you the shocker can be in the water....Must have waders and NOT BREATHABLE WADERS, as that the current can go into them they said. He found it out the hard way
