Albinos are not good for the gene pool and shooting them is good for the herd. The good news it's my understanding that they dont generally live that long even if they cant be shot. Normal deer tend not to accept them, obviously their lack of natural camoflage makes them easier for predators to kill. I've also heard that their eyes are vastly inferior due to the oversensitivity to the sun.
