Thanks for the tips. I am planning on going the 2nd week of season (April 16th-23rd), is this a good time to go? I could switch if it is a factor. Also, how easy is it to locate birds, i.e. gobbling or by glassing. One last thing, What can i expect as far as hunting pressure, i've never had to turkey hunt on public land.
