I use the whisker on my hunting rig. I have a 29" draw and use a 29" arrow. I really think its your choice. most people go an inch over there draw length with arrow lenth..ie: 29" draw= 30"arrow.

As for your flething question, I dont no the exact measurment. I just use the Jo-Jan fletcher.
