Well I just bought me a bow last night. I’m a new hunter and only went about 4 times this past year. Didn’t even see a deer. I was going to buy a gun but decided to get a bow first instead. I may still gun hunt but I figure why not get a bow since bow season will start this September? Now I’ve got 9 months to practice before I go hunting.

I shot Mathews, PSE, and Hoyt.

I ended up getting a less than a year old Hoyt Ultramag.

I shot the Trykon just for the heck of it and, wow. Talk about smooth, I couldn’t even feel the string pop. I just can't afford that right now though.

Anyway, I look forward to getting good with this thing and hunting next season.
