I really dont think it matter too much the way you have them set. I prefer to have them tuned the same. But when using a 4 blade broadhead youll have one extra blade either out, down, or up depending on the rest you are using. I use a WB so it makes no difference how I nock my arrow. I do believe if you have them aligned the same you actually cut the wind better. I have notice a slight improvement in arrow flight by aligning baldes and fletchings.
