I made burger as well. I did not mix anything. I make hamburger steaks out of them. A nice oval patty about 1/3 pound. Fry in olive oil with lid on Medium low. Serious good eatting. Season with salt and pepper . Serve with Bacon slab beans / fried potatoes and a side of apple sauce. Good stuff man. I made some as soon aas I go tback from Missouri.

PS Me and Strut made 2 while we were processing the deer meat. When you gring the meat be sure to use the coarse blade. Do not mince it up . Bad mistake.
