Default RE: Well, here's what's new from BowTech for 2003...

HuntingBry,
I shot a Dual Cam BowTech for the last year, and even tho the cams are refined for 2003 and I have no hands on experience with them yet, I can tell you that the ones on my bow had a VERY solid back wall. In fact as solid as the regular Post feed cam did, and for that matter any of the perimeter weighted style single cams with the exception of those that utilize a draw stop peg on the cam.
The draw cycle and "hold" of the Bowtech dual cams is very unique.......like a combination of a dual and single cam (at least that's how it felt to me) It has the smooth start up and pull through half the draw cycle and then stacks up at the end dropping into a definite valley (a short valley but I liked it very much)and the wall was terrific. Very unlike the feel of say PSE's Maxis cams which have a much longer but less defined valley and a spongy backwall.
Of all the cam systems I've tried in the last few years the combination of the BK cams and the Winners Choice string and cables has been my favorite.
I can only imagine how much I might like the new version of these cams.
