your butcher should have added the beef fat to it before he did the grinding.if he did, you use it just like beef burger.

we use it for any and all things that burger is used.burgers ; chillie ; spegittie(sp) ; lazanya ; all berger related foods.

if he didn't add fat ; you will need to add fat substitue,then seasonings.
