The 30-30 is fine for deer and will work on elk and moose at very close ranges but I certainly would not reccomend one for this job.

A 12 ga. would make a great addition but you didn't mention wanting to hunt any birds and would see little action on big game of the West and North West.

You already have a .22 so you don't need another one.

The 300 Remington SAUM will certainly provide you with all of the cartridge needed for these three animals it is not likely to remain around for a very long time due to the WSM's having about 90% of the short action magnum market. Remington is loading for the three WSM's and is now chambering rifles for them as well. A sure sign that the SAUM's are fading fast.

The 30-06 would make an excelent cartridge for the hunting you described. Ammo can be found anywhere in just about any configuration you could imagine. As stated above do not over look any of the 7mm and 300 magnums either. My personal choice would be a 300WSM but the dead animals would be hard pressed to know the differance between a 180 grain bullet fired from the 30-06 and the same bullet fired from the 300 WSM.
