The best I've ever used is the Bitzenburger--you can fletch any arrow with it, and it's tough. I also like the BPE Pro--not quite as user friendly, but also a very good jig and cheaper than the Bitz. If you use fletching tape, you will only need one.

The Jo-Jan Multi-Fletcher works good on most arrows, but with wood they need to be very straight. Put only one arrow in first, until you get it adjusted correctly; else you will have 6 messed up fletches instead of one if you don't get it right the first time.

I don't like the Arizona E-Z fletch. It's been several years since I used one, so maybe they have improved.
