I just whip it out and go. It doesn't make a diff to them. But it could explain why I had so many does around me this year. I do believe you'll actually spook more game and leave more scent getting up and down the tree to go.
If I had to take a dump though, I would get down, but I'm not the kind of person who gets out of the shower and goes to the toilet to go pee.
