Buck, I would add 1/2" plywoodgussets to the ends of the 2X4's of thefoot stand to the one's they are screwed on,with two screws on each end of the gussets. I would also add 3/4" L brackets to the seat post's and foot stand. Right now, it does'nt look to strong to support a mans weight! JMO!
