I have owned two browning Abolts and one tikka. Both have proven pretty accurate but I would give the edge to the browning. I also think the browing is a more durable design. THe one tikka I did have split the stock after less than 100 rounds. WHen I seeked factory repair they refused to touch it because I had a muzzle brake installed. The muzzle brake had nothing to do with the stock cracking, if anything it should have helped. THe tikka has a pathetic recoil lug system. The browning has a standard recoil lug setup. I also have a lot more faith in steel magazine as opposed to plastic. The brownings have worked flawlessly for me for the last 12 years or so. The boss system really works well also. Given the same price I would always opt for the browning. I just don't care for beretta usa's customer service and the way they handled the tikka / sako recall. To many guns left out there at risk just to save a little publicitiy.
