looking to get a new rifle here pretty soon, i like the Tikka T3 but don't know much about it, really like Winchesters, just want a good looking rifle that has good accuracy
You will not go wrong with any Tikka T3. Everyone has their certain manufacturer that they believe is the best. I went with something new a couple of years ago when I bought my Tikka T3 varminter w/heavy barrel, raised comb, synthetic/stainless combo in .308. I own Ruger, Winchester, Dakota Arms, and Remington rifles, and I must say Tikka and Sako are two of the most finest crafted, accurate, and dependable rifles I have ever owned. Sure, some manufacturers that I have stated have rifles that are $200 to $300 cheaper, but if you have the funds, it is hard to beat Finnish craftmanship.
