I am a non-resident to the state of Colorado. I think the 80/20 split is to liberal. I would support a 90/10split.
IMHO Residents support the state 365-days a year. They should have much higher odds than a non-resident.
If hunting trophy animals is so important? Move to a state with trophy animals.
