NY and others on here seem to take every opportunity to hammer someone regardless of the situation.
Actually I only get in one or two of these debated threads a season. But....... if the shoe fits..........
IMO you did what 95% ofth hunters in your same situation would have done.
The other 5% know how to recover a wounded deer.
