Colorado Division of Wildlife has a bill on the table for a 80/20 split on all trophy management draw areas. That means only 20% of all tags would go to non-residents. Okay being a resident I think that would be unfair. Residents can hunt several elk and have lots of areas to hunt in same as a non-resident but should we penalize a non-resident in the trophy units. No colorado should remain fair in the draw process.
