henley, this almost seems unfair. Any bow you like and shoot well would be a good hunting bow. As with the others, I shoot BowTechs.
BTW Jeff, I prefer blondes for conversation (not too taxing), redheads for fun (I'm one), and brunettes for marrying (my wife is one).
