I forgot toput the words (use to) in the first sentence in my previousreply. As far as what one does on his own land in regards to food plots, baiting, or even dumping a little out of the grain wagonI could careless.
The DNR in my opinion have more important things to take care of than worrying about a guy dumping 5 gallons of feed on the ground.
HEHE!! The only thing WDNR has to worry about is how much is left in their wallets. They're killing hunting. And were killing their wallets. Why do you think so many wardens lost their jobs, They are broke so now they up the license fees, changing laws to hopefully issue more fines etc...when i was growing up I always wanted to be a warden because I love the outdoors, Im glad im not one now, and I feel sorry for moany of the WDNR that chose to be one. Many are hated to death.
