RE: what time do you go out in the day to hunt?
In ohio you can hunt half hour before and after sunrise and in the morning I like to be out about half an hour before legal shooting time. Then will hunt for maybe four hours tops and then return three hours before sunset the only time I have ever hunted in the middle of the day is when I sit on the ground ( I never sit in stand after third shift, and I work swing shift) and the next thing I know its one or two in the afternoon. So after a good unplaned nap I can keep hunting.
