How much better performance will I get with the longer barrels. Will probably use 3" shells and would use the gun for turkey and waterfowl (short range coyote?). Is the short manueverable 23" barrel that bad for waterfowl, or should I use the longer 26"-28" and would that be a hassel for turkey. It would be the Rem 870. Also should I use 3 1/2"?
