I think for 200 bucks for a 3-9x40 pretty anything you get will be a good scope. Most scopes in that price range and power are decent quality. I actually don't care for the cheaper luepolds, but you can't beat thier service.

Check out the Cabela's brand scopes as well if you live near one, the Alaskan Guide models are pretty nice and Cabela's return policy is incredible.

I personally would never buy a scope off the internet, but I am weird that way. I want to hold it in my hand, look thru it and compare it to other scope before I plunk down my money. I guess I'm just old fashioned that way. Same way with archery equipment, if I can't fondle it first I don't want it.
