Default RE: Sako 75 stainless synthetic

I have the Sako 75 S/S synthetic chambered in the 7mm-08. Are they worth it, well I think so but that’s just my opinion although I also have another one chambered in the 270 WSM. I have used both rifles this year for the first time and I’m looking forward to next years hunt. As for accuracy, these rifles haven’t let me down. I have reloaded for both rifles and have exceeded manual max loads without any problem. The action is smooth and solid. The trigger is crisp that can be adjusted. I like the design of the safety. Each bolt is finished for it’s particular rifle with the last 3 serial numbers engraved on the bolt. The clip slides in without any problem and snaps in place.

The synthetic stock is well designed with a solid material and has the inlayed rubber for excellent grip in cold weather. I was at the range this summer and was between 2 other members and they also had the same style of Sako as mine. When I asked them how they liked there Sako, they both just smiled and that told me ever thing. I wouldn’t mind getting one more but time will tell. If you have the opportunity, go to the sporting good store and handle one. Good luck...
