the main reason that the elite didn't catch on, is that it was too similar to the disc extreme. no one was dropping their extreme to buy an elite. the elite's sales never took off like knight hoped. i have both the extreme and the elite, and the are AWESOME guns. you can't go wrong with a knight, and the extreme is a steal at that price
