I got the medium which fits my eye perfect. When I called Talley I spoke to Dave Talley himself about this. He recommended the medium height with a 40mm objective scope. I had just enough room to put some Butler Creek scope covers on it.

I used Locktight on the threads connecting the bases to the barrel, but Mr Talley said thatLocktight won't work on the aluminum so just tighten them down snug and they won't back out.
