I have to agree with NY on this night hunting thing. Not good. The laws are there for a reason and I obey them. I would hate to be on the receiving end of that citation for shooting at night. How the hell is a Warden going to know if you shot a deer during legal hours or NOT. I have left plenty of deer overnight to expire. As a bowhunter its kinda a tool of the trade, IMO!

Also I think DD was a little harsh on the guy. Not everyone is an expert straight out of the box! I know I'm not!
