I have an FX and it is VERY Quiet. I didn't see that you have a stabilizer.

I have the NAP Quicktune 4000 drop away, Limbsavers, and the Sims Modular Stabilizer. I use spider legs for string silencers. I do not have or use the surgical tubing.

Suggestion:

Have a friend stand in line with but 15 to 20 yards from the target [so there is NO danger to him]. Have him close his eyes and at randon times shoot a couple of arrows. Let him be the judge on how noish your bow is. This helped me . . .
