I usually get in my tree about 15-20 minutes before legal shooting hours and stay til 10 or 11 am. Then come back about 3:30 P.M. and stay til its dark. In the morning try to stay in the stand as long as you can, especially during gun season when other hunters will be going home and spooking the deer around.
