I don't think either is difficult to shoot adequately. If your goal is to become the finest shot in the world, then subtle differences could be deemed important.

Myself, I never cared if it had one or two cams. Because I'm a hunter, my primary consideration is how the draw feels and how quiet the bow is. Two cams are generally louder, which is why I prefer most single cams. If I was a target shooter I would guess my choice would lean towards the 2 cam bows.
