I like mine. I think it works on some bows and probably doesn't do much for others, soit is a little bit of a crap-shoot. I was able to remove all string silencing equipment from my bow. There had been some talk before of it causing damage to limbs in the past, but I think that was found to be baseless or at least there has been no verifiable proof that it caused any damage. At any rate, my bow manufacture has endorsed it for his bows doesn't believe it to be damaging to his line up.
