Bypass the compound and go straight on to traditional. Absolutely no need tomess with compounds, at all. There is such a vast gulfthat exists between the two styles that very little of what a compound shooter learns these days can transfer over to traditional.In fact, much of what a compound shooter learns must be UNlearned before he can progress with tradtional.

So, IMO, there is no need to waste time and money with compounds when traditional bowhuntingis your goal.
