I find that if I try to go higher than 18 ft. the limbs start to become a problem.
Down here it's mostlytall Pine trees and in north FL,I try to find a tall Hickory. I have climbed Live Oak trees and tied the seat part of the Tree Lounge with a long rope and pulledupto install on a good branch in the tree. I like this way best! Deer have come right to the bottom of the tree looking for acorns without seeing or winding me.
