That was my first thought also. There is a lot of things they can do with photography but then
the pictures sure do look real. I believe they are not doctored photographs. #412 pounds if huge for a Whitetail. The biggest I have actually seen on a scale, gutted of course, is #247 pounds and that was just huge.
We get a lot of #200 pound plus deer here where I live. Its not uncommon for an averagebuck to be #165 poundsor more which is still a nice eating deer. My deer season was a total wash. I hunted more then 20 days and never saw a deer that I had a shot at. Lots of sounds, lots of shadows, and a few fleeting glimpses. Other then the six or eight point I almost run over on the road, I saw nothing.
If I shot one like that believe me, there is someway I would find to get him out of the woods. My ATV can pull three deer at once, I know for a fact, so one big one should trail easy..
