I love my climbing stand, but lately am thinking of getting another portable stand(Lone Wolf Alpha strap on) and using it in conjunction with their climbing sticks. One reason........sometimes I find a near perfect spot and using a climber is nearly impossible because of the trees. Sometimes I like being able to place a stand in a group of trees, crooked tree, fenceline, etc. especially in the late season when everything is bare. I can get my climber off my back, unpacked, fastened and up the tree pretty quick IMO. Here is my question to those who have used both:

In terms of time and being quiet, can a person install the sticks and stand in about the same amount of time as using a climber?
