My point has been from the beginning; That it is never "right" to break the law; Regardless of ones intentions. By definition; breaking the law is ALWAYS wrong. If I find a crippled / wounded Doe in the woods and dispatch her to end her suffering - Many (myself included) would say it was the right thing to do; However, its STILL Illegal and therefore wrong. Few would fault me for it, but its still wrong. Do you understand what I'm getting at?
Not many people here would disagree with that..........maybe if you knew more about everyone BEFORE you blasted them with accusations and insults you would have found that out.
Atlas (whether supposedly joking or not) tried to defend breaking the law and that he "was" doing the right thing.
#1.......I don't have to nor was I trying to defend anything to you. I have showed pics like these for years and always acknowledged that I know NY's stance on feeding deer. You coming in half way through the movie is not my fault and I don't feel the need to bring you up to speed on everything that has happened until this point.
#2.......I AM doing the right thing.
The tone of his posts have certainly changed since then. These deer are now not the vicious shrub destroying beasts at $2,000 / year that he initially portrayed them as.

Like I said 10 times already..........I have already stated multiple times over multiple years that I am fully aware of what I am doing. I was having some fun with you because you were a new guy who didn't know anything.......obviously you took me literally and I can't help that. The very last thread I posted pics in someone said it was illegal to feed deer in NY and my reply was a matter of fact "I know" Do a search if you don't believe me.
No one could be so dense that they would think someone would post pictures of deer eating and then say they weren't feeding them. Your sense of humor can't possibly be that dry (I hope).
Personally I find the whole situation sad, and see little difference between these "pets" and the ones raised behind high fenses - both are pathetic excuses for wild game and are primarily dependent on human handouts.
Big difference is these deer are not hunted and they are in this situation because of ever shrinking habitat..........besides these deer are not primarily dependent on human handouts.......once again you assume to know things that you don't.

I have ALWAYS been open and up front about what is contained in my pictures from my yard. Your attempts to paint me as a liar because I was having a little fun with you are pretty pathetic.
