A carbon suit is not a cover scent, it is a scent reducer. It chemicaly bonds scent molecules to the carbon, some of which can be released when you heat up the suit in the dryer to reactivate it.
You sould use a good un-scented body and hair soap, and a good un-scented clothes detergent like Scent Killer from Wildlife Research Centers. Dry your clothes in cool air, store them in a plastic or carbon impregnated bag. I like to throw dirt or vegetation from the area where I hunt in the bag with my boots, clothes etc. I don't care if the clothes are dirty, as long as they don't smell like un-natural odors, and do smell like the area I hunt.
If you use a cover scent, use one that is the same as what's in your area. Spray your hands, gloves, clothing with Scent Killer spray, and then step in mud puddles and deer dung on the way in. You can also put deer urine on your boots to get deer to follow you to your stand site. If you have more specific questions e-mail me at [email protected]. I'll help you out all I can.

Hunting for a living is a tough job, but someone has to sacrifice.
